Whatever style and size of bespoke home you aspire to own, we can offer you a complete design and build service – whether it’s a new build or a complete update of your existing property.

Once appointed, we manage all communications between yourself, our architects, surveyors and engineers.

This includes any required negotiations and correspondence with the relevant local planning authority in order to obtain the necessary planning consent.

During the construction process we pay attention to ensuring the quality of materials and workmanship are adhered to and the project stays within the agreed budget.

We also ensure that all regulations are met as required by the local authority’s Building Control, the surveyor acting for your building’s insurer and the NHBC or LABC throughout the project.

Once planning approval has been achieved, we liaise with the architect to design and produce full working drawings of your project from the concept visualization through to the blueprints. They will be used in the next stage to assist in the calculation of the overall project costings once we have obtained quotations for building materials, fittings and labour.
